The village of Longnor offers the perfect base to explore the Peak District, and our gorgeous stone built cottage provides a comfy yet homely holiday cottage to rent. Perfect for familes, couples, or friends, we’ve made it dog friendly & super baby/child friendly, so everyone has an enjoyable time.
We’ve been staying in holiday lets for decades, so we know exactly what it takes to make your trip a success! And whilst you’ll often be out-and-about exploring and soaking up the surroundings, it’s nice to come back to somewhere with a touch of luxury, where you can relax, whether alone, with your pooch, or with others.

It would not be a cottage stay without a real fire! The Bakehouse sitting room is fitted with a log burner, which is safer around children. Light it, and relax.
BIKE STORE
With cycle routes available from the door, The Bakehouse’s old flour store has been converted into secure bike storage, with space for everyone’s wheels!
